For over 26 years, Jessica has worked in the dental industry. She began her career in administration and eventually moved onto dental hygiene and chairside assisting. For 18 years, she honed her skills in dental hygiene and acquired extensive experience in both roles. Jessica holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene, which has given her a thorough and practical understanding of finances, scheduling efficiency, and excellent organizational skills. As a clinical board examiner, she regularly attends Board of Dentistry meetings to stay abreast of changes in laws and regulations. She is currently president of the Florida Dental Hygienists Association. Jessica advocates for dental hygienists to achieve their professional and financial goals while delivering exceptional patient care.

Mutsa Dangwa, Senior Hygiene Analyst
Mutsa Dangwa has extensive experience as a dental coordinator and front desk receptionist, scheduling and addressing patients’ queries and concerns. As Senior Hygiene Analyst, she assists and supports the executive team by gathering, interpreting, and analyzing complex data to develop actionable steps to optimize results through improved processes. Her savvy, analytical skills enable her to assess company and client needs, review the information, and evaluate the data for trends or areas that need improvement, as outlined in the NuDental Consulting Hygiene Curriculum. Mutsa obtained her BSc in Industrial Design Engineering from the Hague University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands.
