Here at NuDental Consulting every consulting relationship begins with a free Performance Analysis. By analyzing past-performance we are able to create a consulting strategy that is realistic, quantifiable, and attainable.

Your free one-hour teleconference is delivered by a Certified NuDental Consultant and is customized to each dentist’s unique practice management needs. We will work with you to determine challenges and opportunities that exist within your practice and explore the concepts available to you for increasing organizational and individual effectiveness.

Process

How we deliver our services is just as important as what we deliver. At NuDental Consulting we focus on inspiring dental providers to diagnose effectively and communicate effectively to their patients.

We’ve developed a customized approach of coaching that WORKS. We train the entire office to work as one to execute a new periodontal structure that’s proven to increase production in the thousands and millions within the first year. In the Initial stages of signing up we will begin by having our lead consultant contact you for a free one-hour performance analysis and strategic planning teleconference.

Once we understand you and your business you can expect these next three steps: Analysis & Enrollment, Coaching & On-site Visit, and Continuing Services.

1.    Analysis & Enrollment
You’ve signed an agreement and you’re ready to go! During this phase, NuDental gathers data about your practice, your people, and you; compiling it into a comprehensive analysis of your practice that we will need in order to effectively execute. During this step we usually incorporate Dental Intelligence software or another data analytics software of your choosing to help us compile your practices probability and performance for better review and execution. Think of it as a report card or your dental practice.

2.    Coaching & On-Site Visit
Your consultant spends two days with your entire team coaching and training them on the NuDental Hygiene Periodontal Protocol, Case Acceptance, Clinical Training, and much much more including:

• 2 Days per Office
• Presentation To Entire Staff
• 1-on-1 Performance Reviews & Coaching
• 1-on-1 Customized Training
• Quality Assurance & Front desk training
• Installing Explosion Codes/Treatment Plans into PMS
• In Clinic Case Acceptance Training
• Verbiage Training With Entire Staff
• Increasing/Adjusting Fees (Based on Demographics)
• Hands On Clinical Training
• Virtual Accountability Meetings & Training

3.    Continuing Services

After my two-day office coaching and training visit, we will begin virtual training for the following duration of your selected program. We as an office will be engaging in practice development and accountably meetings once a month with your Consultant. Our goal is to ensure that the implementation of the NuDental Consulting is generating results and improving productivity.
